Required items: Ewedu leaves, ikan (potash), grinded crayfish, water and stew.
Process: smoothly chop the Ewedu leaves, (using broom head), put all the ingredients in a pot, add water to boil den add salt, pepper, onion, Maggi. After cooking the stew, serve Ewedu in plate and mix it with the nourished stew. Yea it's ready.... Does anyone have a Amala to go with It?
I never knew preparing Ewedu soup is this easy. I'll try it out.
